Series F 6100, F 6200, F 6300

We have designed this product line due to a demand for shorter delivery times and higher quality. It is available since 2006! This “new” product with approved contact parts has been accepted by our clients with great interest. Available are designs in plastic and stainless steel. Electrical systems can be combined with air distributors.

F 6100 carbon

The slip rings of the system “carbon” are made of brass rings with polyamide insulation rings made by moulds. The current is taken by brushes made of carbon mixtures radially. The rings can be silver- or rhodium plated in order to improve transfer as well as operation times.

F 6200 gold

The current collector is a wire made of a gold- or new alloy with a diameter of max. 0,5 mm. The surface of the slip rings is hard gold-plated and contains a V-groove in which the wire runs and takes the current.

F 6300 silver rivet

The current is taken by 6 silver contacts of plane slip ring modules. These plane slip ring modules can be – on request according to the application – sliver- or rhodium plated in order to increase operation times or transfer different data bus standards.
